This page lists 49 epoxy flooring and garage floor coating companies that serve Dallas. Plenty of them aren't based inside the city. Cloud 9 Coatings works out of Plano, Concrete & Epoxy By CSI out of Frisco, Cams Coating Solutions out of Irving and VistaPro Garage Coatings out of Midlothian. So check the service area on a listing before you call.
The first real decision is the coating. MyGarageFloors.com and VistaPro both lead with polyaspartic or polyurea and finish most garages in a single day. Others build the floor with epoxy coats. If you want flake floors (colored chips spread over the base coat), Cloud 9, Cams and Escapade Epoxy all list them. For the swirled, poured look of metallic epoxy, Extreme Epoxy and Concrete Staining focuses on it.
Warranties range widely. MyGarageFloors.com, VistaPro and Escapade list lifetime warranties, and Cloud 9 lists 15 years. Ask what the warranty actually covers, and ask how they'll grind and clean the slab before the first coat. Most peeling starts there.
Prices are rarely posted. Of the 49 Dallas listings, just one shows an epoxy price: Epoxy Fort Worth lists $3 to $15 per square foot. You'll want two or three written quotes, each spelling out the prep, the product and when you can park again.
Running a shop, warehouse or electronics floor? Craftsman Concrete Floors and Epoxy Fort Worth both list anti-static (ESD) epoxy, and there's more on commercial epoxy flooring. And if you live north or west of the city, the Plano, Frisco, Fort Worth and Grand Prairie pages have their own lists.

Most Dallas installers don't post prices, so a written quote is the only number you can count on. Of the 49 companies listed here, Epoxy Fort Worth is the only one with a posted epoxy price: $3 to $15 per square foot. Where your job lands depends on the size of the garage, how much crack repair the slab needs and the system you choose. Get two or three quotes that list prep and materials separately.
Usually a day or two. MyGarageFloors.com and VistaPro Garage Coatings both advertise one-day polyaspartic and polyurea installs, and VistaPro says you can use the garage right after. Cloud 9 Coatings says most of its jobs take one to two days. A traditional multi-coat epoxy floor can need longer before it's ready for a car, so ask when you can park, not just when the crew leaves.
A lot of Dallas-area installers now use polyaspartic or polyurea, either as the top coat or for the whole floor. MyGarageFloors.com, VistaPro and Garage Concepts list polyaspartic coatings, and Escapade Epoxy offers both epoxy and polyaspartic. The difference you'll notice first is speed. These coatings cure faster, which is why they're behind most one-day garage jobs. Ask each installer which one they'd put on your slab and why.
It depends mostly on the prep and the product, and installers stand behind their work in different ways. MyGarageFloors.com, VistaPro Garage Coatings and Escapade Epoxy list lifetime warranties. Cloud 9 Coatings lists 15 years, and Epoxy Fort Worth guarantees its garage floors won't peel or fail. Get the warranty in writing and check that it covers peeling and hot-tire lifting.
A poor prep job shows up as peeling, and fixing it means grinding the floor back down. A smooth, glossy finish can also get slick when it's wet. Flake and quartz floors give you more grip. And standard epoxy takes longer to cure than polyaspartic, so plan on going without the garage for a bit longer.
Several listings here take commercial jobs. Cloud 9 Coatings lists industrial and commercial epoxy. Craftsman Concrete Floors and Epoxy Fort Worth both list anti-static (ESD) epoxy, and Escapade Epoxy names Marriott Austin, Crumbl Cookies and Prosper ISD as past clients. Ask for proof of insurance and a recent commercial reference before you sign. More on commercial epoxy flooring.
